At Earth Runners, we want to ensure your journey to a more natural movement is seamless; if your sandals are in new, unworn condition, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made items and sandals showing signs of outdoor wear are ineligible for return.
Initial Inspection
Ensure your sandals are clean and free of any wear, debris, or footbed impressions to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Submit Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the sandals back in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during the transit process.
Drop Off & Processing
Affix the return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be finalized.
